80% of our patients have dental insurance coverage. Our practice is an in-network provider for Northeast Delta Dental Premier. We also provide a discount to our men and women in the Armed Services who are contracted with United Concordia Insurance. 

No matter which insurance you use, we are happy to file your claim with your carrier and help answer any questions you may have regarding your coverage.  

Please remember that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Your estimated patient portion is due at time of service. Our policy is for payment to be made at time of service by cash, check or credit card. For patients with insurance benefits, your estimated portion is due at the time of service.

• Extended Payment Plans: O% and extended payment plans are available through Care Credit or Lending Club Patient Solutions for qualified patients
  
• Discounts Available: If treatment in paid in full on the same day it is diagnosed by the doctor, a 5% accounting adjustment is provided
