When you schedule your appointment, we will ask for your dental insurance information (if applicable) so we can have everything ready for you when you arrive. We value you, so in addition to striving to keep your scheduled time, we will text or email your new patient paperwork and you can fill it out conveniently on your own mobile device, computer or tablet. Once your paperwork is filled out it will come directly to us.
If you'd prefer, we also provide downloadable forms for you to complete at your convenience and bring with you to your first visit.
If you have had recent x-rays at a different office, please provide your previous office with a record release form for them to be able to share your dental x-rays and any other pertinent information with us, prior to your appointment. If you need us to send you a form, please let us know. Sometimes, your previous office will have a specific form they recommend you fill out for them to be able to share your dental records with us. We thank you, in advance, for your efforts in helping us have all of your records and information prior to your appointment.
We have modified our check-in process to follow the ADA guidelines. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and text or call the office (603) 673-6526 to let us know that you are here. One of our lovely team members will be out to welcome you to our practice. We will ask you a few pre-screening questions and take your temperature before bringing you back for your appointment. Please bring and wear a mask to your appointment, if you do not have one please let us know.
Although, the New Hampshire mask mandate has been lifted, we will still be asking everyone that enters the building to wear a mask. Thank you for your understanding.
Your dental assistant or hygienist will update any necessary information, take x-rays (if applicable) and new patient photos. They will then introduce you to one of our doctors. Dr. Cariello or Dr. Senat who will meet with you, listen to your concerns, carefully examine your overall oral health, and provide you with options for your treatment. If your visit is with they hygienist, you may be able to have a cleaning the same day. We can only determine that after the doctor has a chance to evaluate your oral health.
Although, the doctors, will offer recommendations to accomplish your goals, you will make the decision. You are in complete control of your dental care. After meeting with the dentist, if your dental cleaning is scheduled the same day, you would proceed with your wonderful hygienist as they provide you with their expertise and gentle care for your cleaning and/or other services you may need.
If your dental cleaning is on a different day, one of our amazing hygienists will give you the same unprecedented experience on your scheduled day, providing you with a cleaning and/or other services you may need.
