Dental Hygienists

Our dental hygiene team is an amazing group of health driven professionals who will partner with you to achieve oral health in conjunction with overall health. They foster an educational environment that lends to a judgement free atmosphere that is sure to make you feel at home.

  • Cami

    A native of New Hampshire, Cami has seen many changes in the area, (long enough ago to remember the chicken farm on 101A and Roy's Variety... "Eat here and get Gas!). She has been with the practice for nearly 40 years, seeing third and fourth generations of families with a warm and caring attitude. She has been an active Regional Board Examiner for over 25 years and volunteers at the Hospice House in Merrimack. Cami recently completed her degree in Allied Health Leadership along with obtaining her Master's degree in Public Health. Cami loves her work and connecting with each of her patients.

  • Heather

    Heather lives in Bedford, NH with her kids, Grayson and Greta, and her husband Dan. She graduated from the University of New England in Portland, Maine in 2003 and began her dental hygiene career in New Hampshire. Throughout her career she has worked with patients of all ages maintaining a high standard of patient care. She uses her personality and professionalism to create an appointment that is both enjoyable and educational. Heather enjoys getting to know her patients and creating a trusting relationship to help them feel comfortable and receptive to the best proactive and preventive care to support their overall oral health. Heather enjoys camping in Acadia, playing at the beach, and many exciting adventures with family and friends. She loves running, coaching/supporting her kids in their activities, and all things Disney!  

  • Patricia

    Patricia was born in Portugal before moving to the states and being raised in New England. She now resides in Merrimack, with her husband, adorable toddler, and her pit/lab mix named Odin. She speaks three languages including English, Portuguese, and Spanish which is a huge asset to our multilingual patients! At age seventeen Patricia already knew dental hygiene was her calling. She achieved her Associates in Dental Hygiene from NHTI and then went on to get her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene at Vermont Technical College while working full time as a hygienist. Patricia’s warm personality and calm demeanor allows her to easily connect to her patients and ultimately help each and every one achieve a healthy smile. During her free time Patricia loves to read, spend time with friends, and go hiking with her family.

  • Rachel

    Another New Hampshire native, Rachel spent her undergraduate summers working as a dental assistant while earning a bachelors of Biomedical Science from UNH. She then spent two years as a dental assistant in Boston while earning another Bachelors in Dental Hygiene from Forsyth at MCPHS University. As a passionate lifelong learner, Rachel is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health. She enjoys using her vast background to help educate and empower patients towards a happy, healthy smile. She has found that she is able to quickly connect with patients here at Dovetail as a lifelong resident of the area. On weekends she enjoys live music, lake days with her husband and adorable sons and trying new restaurants with family and friends   

  • Ashley

    Ashley was born and raised in South Shore Massachusetts. She moved up to New Hampshire in 2016 to pursue her degree in Dental Hygiene and graduated from NHTI in Concord. Her goal as a hygienist is to provide the best care while making sure her patients are comfortable. In her free time, Ashley likes to kayak and boat on Lake Winnipesaukee as well as play her trumpet or piano, and play with her three new kittens.

  • Darlene

    Darlene is a passionate dental hygienist with a strong foundation in dental administration and assisting. Her journey in the dental field began at the front desk which was the springboard leading her to attain a dental assisting license while simultaneously attending Dental Hygiene School. In 2019, she earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Mount Wachusett Community College. Since then, she has continued to fuel her passion for oral health by nurturing her enthusiasm to stay current with the latest technology in dentistry. In 2020, she attained her Soft Tissue Laser Certification from the World Clinical Laser Institute, further enhancing her skills and bringing advanced techniques to patient care. Darlene is dedicated to creating an environment where patients feel at ease and genuinely cared for, leaving them with positive experiences that linger beyond their time in the dental chair. In her free time, she cherishes moments with family and friends and loves staying active and embracing the beauty of southern New Hampshire. Darlene is excited to bring her skills and commitment to excellence to Dovetail Dental, where she looks forward to contributing to the vibrant dental community.

  • Chelsea

    Chelsea has been a Dental Hygienist for eleven years and is excited to continue her passion here at Dovetail. She loves helping her patients to be as comfortable as possible in the chair while simultaneously helping them to achieve optimum oral health. Chelsea is driven and optimistic and does everything in her power to set her patients up for success. In her free time you’ll find her chasing her two young daughters, 3-year-old Ryleigh and 1-year-old Ava, or finding her inner happy place at a hot yoga class. Along with her husband, she’d choose to be at the beach any warm day with a book in hand, or spending the weekends camping.


  • Claudia - (Semi) Retired

    Although, Claudia retired in December 2018, she is our go-to when someone needs time off. She loves seeing familiar faces when she is covering and our patients enjoy her guest-appearances. If you don't know Claudia, she grew up in Nashua, NH,  graduated from Forsyth Dental in Boston, and then started her career in Nashua, NH. She moved to the San Francisco area shortly after and practiced in California for 14 years. Moving her family to New Hampshire in the 80’s allowed Claudia to practice in Amherst throughout the rest of her career. She was active in the schools and the community when her daughters were growing up and now spends as much time with her grandchildren as she can.
